Sree Nakshatra Classic City-1: Manubolu, Gudur Sree Nakshatra has initiated its first project in Nellore which is just 10 kms away from Gudur (Nellore Dist) and 32 kms away from Nellore city, by name Sree Nakshatra classic city-1 in the month of May 2009. AFTER SALES DIVISION:


Sree Nakshatra Home Care after sales division provides a host of auxiliary services for our customers with a view to make their life more easy and joyful. We support on the technical matters and customer can avail it even after the defect liability period.

Interior Design Division:
Our Interior design division offers you a versatile range of options for your home interiors. We transform your home into a fine living environment, just the way you always wanted your precious home to be like. After detailed drawing and estimations, the interior works are executed by specialist and approved contract agencies under our direct supervision. Our design division offers the following services:
•Layout designing and execution of interiors,
wardrobes, cabinets, etc.
• Designer kitchens, cupboards, carpeting etc.
• Painting, drapery and customized furniture.

Housekeeping Service Facility Management:
Every completed project will be provided with total housekeeping solution to ensure clean and tidy premises. Common areas such as parks, internal roads, terrace, driveway and common toilets will be cleaned and maintained. A nominal charge will be levied for these services.
Maintenance Division:

This division facilitates and coordinates electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and carpentry services. Trained technicians attend to any reworks or extra works or rectification works.

Rental Division:

For our valued customer who wishes to give their homes for rent, we arrange high value rentals by coordinating activities like advertising the property, showing the property to prospective tenants, making agreements, collecting rentals and depositing in bank accounts, managing tenants’ queries etc. A nominal fee is charged for such services.
